Welcome to this all level vinyasa yoga practice, designed to help strengthen your core and back muscles. This sequence is suitable for all levels of yogis who are looking to challenge themselves both physically and mentally.

Throughout this practice, we will be linking breath with movement as we flow through a series of dynamic yoga postures. These postures will focus on engaging and activating your core and back muscles, helping to build strength and stability in these areas.

In addition to the physical benefits, this practice will also help you to cultivate a greater sense of awareness and connection between your breath, body, and mind. As we move through the sequence, try to stay present and focused on your breath, using it as a tool to help you stay grounded and centered.

We will end this practice with a relaxing Savasana, allowing you to fully integrate and absorb the benefits of your yoga practice. Take this time to let go of any tension or stress in your body and mind, and allow yourself to fully surrender into a state of deep relaxation.

Remember to listen to your body throughout the practice and to modify or take breaks as needed. Always honor your body and practice with intention and mindfulness.
