All Level Vinyasa Flow

This 50-minute Vinyasa Flow class is suitable for all levels and offers a  dynamic, flowing sequence of yoga postures that link movement with  breath. The class is designed to build strength, flexibility, and  balance while promoting relaxation and stress reduction. 

The session  concludes with a final Savasana, a peaceful and rejuvenating posture  that promotes deep relaxation and helps to integrate the benefits of the  practice. Get ready to sweat, stretch, and surrender as you tune into  your breath and connect with your body.
