There are days when a full workout or long yoga class just isn’t realistic. The schedule is full, your energy is low, or your body simply doesn’t want anything intense. On days like that, a short practice can be exactly what you need.
This 10 minute yoga flow was created as a gentle reset for both body and mind. It’s not meant to push or exhaust you. Instead, it offers a small pause in the day, a chance to step away from the noise and move with a little more awareness.
The practice moves slowly, focusing on simple shapes and steady breathing. There’s space to notice where you’re holding tension and time to soften without feeling rushed. Even in a short window, intentional movement can help bring you back into your body and shift your mood.
One of the things I love about shorter practices is how accessible they are. Ten minutes feels manageable, even on busy or overwhelming days. You don’t need to plan around it or carve out a large block of time. You can press play, move gently, and return to your day feeling a bit more grounded.
This video is well suited for mornings when you want to ease into movement, midday breaks when you need a reset, or evenings when you want to unwind without doing too much. It’s also a great option if you’re newer to yoga or returning after time away, since the focus is on comfort and awareness rather than intensity.
If you find yourself coming back to this practice, that’s a good thing. Repeating a familiar flow can be calming in its own way, allowing the body to relax more deeply each time. Small, consistent practices often have a bigger impact than we expect.
If you’d like to explore more short and supportive yoga practices, you can find additional videos on my YouTube channel. Each class is designed to be approachable and easy to return to whenever you need a moment to move, breathe, and reset.
Sending you energy and ease.
